Thursday, October 03 we had two LCSO employees transfer Sease Michael Beard, 24 from the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail to the Missouri Department of Corrections in St. Joseph on a Missouri Parole warrant.

Mr. Beard was recently arrested after an incident involving an alleged stolen vehicle in Chillicothe and Resisting Arrest on a chase with area law enforcement.

Mr. Beard is on parole for Violence to DOC Employee or Inmate. Our courts will work with DOC in attempt to minimize future transportation and have poly-com (video court) with Mr. Beard on his new charges in Livingston County unless mandatory appearance is required.
