Last week the Livingston County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) enforced the Court orders to transfer the following detainees to the Missouri Department of Corrections to either serve sentence or attend a program.

Dale M. Barker, 43, Chillicothe Probation Violation - Assault 4 years DOC.

Elisha Walter, 35, Macon Delivery Controlled Substance 10 years DOC.

James Haight, 20, Maryville Probation Violation - Property Damage 4 years DOC.

Robert Mammen, 66, Chillicothe Probation Violation - DWI 10 years DOC.

Melissa Davis, 24, Trenton Probation Violation - Forgery CODS.

Constance Denton, 57, Chillicothe Delivery Controlled Substance 5 years DOC.

We remain hopeful each of these people learn from this experience and find ways to never have problems in the future.
