Recently the Livingston County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) received court orders to transfer the following detainees to the Missouri Department of Corrections to serve a sentence or attend a treatment program:

 

Matthew Rouner, 30, Cameron        Stealing Motor Vehicle   10 years Stealing and 1 year county jail.

Billy Williams, 40, Kansas City         Possession Controlled Substance        5 years.

Joshua King, 38, Odessa                 Prob. Viol - Possession Controlled Substance        5 years.

William Gardner, 58, Wheeling         Failure to Register as Sex Offender   3 years.

Jeff Admire, 52, Trenton                  Financial Exploitation of Elderly         7 years ITP program.

---

Jesse Deshazier, 41, Chillicothe         Delivery Controlled Substance           5 years.

---

James Laughlin, 32, Chillicothe         Possession Controlled Substance        7 years.

---

Nora Evans, 52, Wheeling                 Prob. Viol - Possession Controlled Substance        5 years.

---

Traci Jones, 40, Wheeling                  Prob. Viol - Possession Controlled Substance     Institutional Post Conviction Drug Treatment Program.

---

All have already been or will be transported to DOC in St. Joseph or Vandalia at the earliest opportunity.
