Livingston County Sheriff Steve Cox reports the LCSO has received court orders to transfer the following detainees to the Missouri Department of Corrections to serve a sentence or attend a program:

Jonathan Flaharty, 39, Carrollton           DWI - 7 years DOC.

Jack Vaughn, 23, Chillicothe                  Possession Controlled Subtance - 5 years DOC - 120 ITP Program.

Gage Manley, 25, Chillicothe                  Probation Violation - Delivery Controlled Substance - 7 years DOC.

Michael Sanders, 34, Chillicothe            Probation Violation - DWR - 4 years DOC.

All four men will be transferred at earliest opportunity.
