Reports and Arrests

Incident Reports:

February 4th LCSO took a report of theft of cash, debit/credit cards and an I.D. card from an individual.  This property was likely stolen from the 22000 block of LIV 330 near Hale in Livingston County.  Investigation continues.

February 4th LCSO took a report of theft of cash, keys and other items from an individual.  This property is also thought to be stolen from the 22000 block of LIV 330 near Hale in Livingston County.  Investigation continues.

February 7th LCSO responded to the 200 block of E. Polk Street with Chillicothe Police Department and Chillicothe Department of Emergency Services in reference to an individual with self-inflicted wounds.  The individual was later treated at Hedrick Medical Center.  Crisis Intervention Team report was completed and forwarded to the appropriate agencies.

February 10th LCSO responded to the 24000 block of Highway F in Dawn, in reference to a juvenile issue.  Report completed to be referred to the Juvenile Office.

Arrests:

February 2nd deputy assisted the Chillicothe Police Department in locating an intoxicated driver resulting in the arrest of Jane Clodfelter, 37, Chillicothe for driving while intoxicated.  Clodfelter was later released on a summons.

February 7th deputy served a Livingston County probation violation warrant on Michael Lent, 34, Braymer, on Livingston County Case #20LV-CR00428-01 (endangering the welfare of a child).  Lent was in custody and appearing for Associate Court at the time of his arrest.  Lent remained in custody and was transported back to Caldwell County Detention Center.

February 7th deputy arrested Stephanie Standley, 34, Carrollton, on a failure to obey Judge's Order arrest warrant on Livingston County Case #22LV-CR00603 (possession of a controlled substance).  Standley surrendered herself at the Livingston County courthouse and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.

February 8th deputy arrested William Stoner, 61, Chillicothe, in Circuit Court on Livingston County Case #22LV-CR00648-01 (possession of a controlled substance).  Stoner was transported to the Caldwell County Detention Center in lieu of $20,000 cash only bond.

February 8th deputy arrested Alisha Laws, 33, Chillicothe, in Circuit Court on Livingston County Case #20LV-CR00297-01 (possession of a controlled substance).  Laws was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center in lieu of $10,000 cash only bond.

February 8th deputy arrested Dustin Clock, 30, Dawn, in Circuit Court on Livingston County Case #23LV-CR00295-01 (possession of a controlled substance).  Clock was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center in lieu of $10,000 cash only bond.

February 9th deputy served a Livingston County arrest warrant on Adam Hopper, 37, Chillicothe, on Livingston County Case #24LV-CR00050.  Hopper surrendered himself at the Law Enforcement Center and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center in lieu of $5,000 cash only bond.
