Reports and Arrests

Incident Reports:

March 1st, LCSO deputy observed a vehicle traveling 63 MPH in a 25 MPH zone on Washington Street near Webster Street in Chillicothe.  Subsequent traffic stop and investigation led to the arrest of a juvenile for driving while intoxicated and other potential charges to be referred to the Juvenile Office.

March 2nd, LCSO deputy took a walk-in report from a citizen for theft/fraud from a bank account.  Fortunately, the citizen's bank accepted the fraud claim made by the citizen and the money was restored to the account.  Investigation continues.

March 3rd, LCSO conducted a traffic stop on a motorcycle on U.S. Highway 65 near State Highway JJ for traveling 84 MPH in a 60 MPH zone.  As a result of the stop, Joshua Phelps, 31, of Chillicothe was arrested for operating a motorcycle without a motorcycle endorsement.  Phelps was also issued a citation for speeding and given verbal warnings on other violations.  Phelps was processed and released on summons.

March 5th, SRO filed a report through the LCSO for an incident occurring at Chillicothe High School.  Incident to be forwarded to the Juvenile Office.

March 5th, LCSO assisted the Chillicothe Police Department on an arrest of two individuals in the 800 block of Fairway Drive in Chillicothe.  LCSO deputy deployed Narcan on one individual and helped transport the other.

Arrests:

March 7th, deputy served a Livingston County arrest warrant (probation violation) on case # 21LV-CR00438-01 on Cheyenne Church during Circuit Court for an original charge of possession of a controlled substance.  Church was transported to Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.

March 7th, deputy served a Livingston County arrest warrant for case # 20LV-CR00631-01 on Shannon Buss during Circuit Court for an original charge of forgery.  Buss was unable to post $5,000 cash bond and was transported to Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.

March 7th, deputy served a Livingston County arrest warrant for case # 23LV-CR00487-01 on Wyatt Schneiderheinze during Circuit Court on an original charge of delivery of a controlled substance.  Schneiderheinze was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.

March 7th, deputy served a Livingston County arrest warrant for case # 21LV-CR00465-01 on Christopher Brockmeier during Circuit Court on an original charge of felony driving while revoked/suspended.  Brockmeier was unable to post $10,000 cash only bond and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.

March 7th, deputy served a Livingston County arrest warrant for case # 22LV-CR00602-01 on Clinton Foster during Circuit Court on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance.  Foster was unable to post $20,000 cash bond and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.
