Reports and Arrests-

Incident Reports:

March 20th, LCSO took a report of a dog bite that occurred in the 16000 block of LIV 249. Investigation showed the animal was current on its vaccinations and the report was forwarded to the Livingston County Health Center.

March 21st, LCSO assisted CPD with a report and investigation into terrorist threats. Report completed and forwarded to CPD to assist in pending charges.

March 27th, LCSO took a report in reference to a registered sex offender attempting to add a juvenile through TikTok. The registered offender does not reside within Livingston County and the report was forwarded to the offender's P&P Officer to be considered in potential violations.

March 28th, LCSO responded to the 23000 block of State Highway Z in Dawn in reference to a well-being check on a potentially suicidal person. The person was found to be OK and a Crisis Intervention Team Report was completed and forwarded to North Central Missouri Mental Health.

March 31st, LCSO responded to the 400 block of 4th Street in Ludlow for a domestic in progress. The parties agreed to separate and no criminal charges are pending at this time.

March 31st, LCSO responded to the 11000 block of LIV 2315 for a report of an alleged threat. Incident file was completed to be kept on record and no charges are pending at this time.

Arrests:


March 18th, deputy observed a Missouri registered vehicle failing to display a front plate on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 249. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle and resulted in the arrest of Courtney Anderson, 37, Olathe, Kansas for driving while suspended. Anderson was processed and released on a summons with a Livingston County Court date.

March 21st, deputy arrested Rebecca Bakker in the 17000 block of State Highway JJ in Avalon on an arrest warrant for Case # 22LV-CR00060-01 (Probation Violation). Bakker was unable to post $20,000 cash bond and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.

March 29th, deputy served a Livingston County Arrest Warrant (Fail to Appear) on J'Kya White for Case # 220183836 at the Law Enforcement Center. White had turned herself in on the warrant and was released with a new court date after posting $172 bond.

March 30th, deputy observed a vehicle traveling in the passing lane for several miles without passing others vehicles and conducted a traffic stop for improper lane usage resulting in the arrest of Gabriel Martinez, 19, on a Platte County, Missouri warrant on Case # 23AE-CR03144. Martinez posted $247 cash bond and was released with a new Platte County Court date.

April 1st, deputy observed a vehicle traveling at an extremely high rate of speed (104 MPH in a 65 MPH zone) on U.S. Highway 36 near the Grand River. Subsequent traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Nathan Paymaster, 20, Indiana, for exceeding the posted speed limit. Paymaster posted $250 cash bond and was released on a must appear summons for Livingston County Court.

April 2nd, deputy observed a vehicle with an expired registration on U.S. 36 near the Grand River Bridge. Subsequent traffic stop and investigation led to the recovery of suspected narcotics and the arrest of Anthony Brown, 49, of Chillicothe for possession of a controlled substance. Brown was transported to Caldwell County on a 24 hour hold and later formally charged with possession of a controlled substance.

April 3rd, deputy served a Livingston County Arrest Warrant for Case # 23LV-CR00446 on Kennadie Stottlemyre, 26, Chillicothe at the Law Enforcement Center. Stottlemyre turned herself in, posted $300 cash bond and was released with a new court date.
