Reports and Arrests

Incident Reports:

April 2nd, LCSO took a report of a violation of a protection order within Livingston County.  Investigation was completed and submitted to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office for consideration of charges.

April 7th, LCSO responded to the 9000 block of LIV 529 for a report of a domestic disturbance.  Incident was determined to be only verbal in nature and a report was taken to be kept on file.

April 9th, LCSO responded to the 100 block of South Grant Street in Wheeling in reference to a disturbance.  This incident was determined to be verbal only in nature and a report was taken to be kept on file.

Arrests:

April 3rd, deputy arrested Amber Korona, 40, Chillicothe on a Livingston County Arrest Warrant for Case # 24LV-CR00147 in the 1500 block of Calhoun Street in Chillicothe.  Korona was unable to post $10,000 cash bond and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.

April 4th, deputy served a Livingston County Arrest Warrant on Case # 23LV-CR00491-01 on Wuilver Cantu-Ruiz, 33, Kearney in Circuit Court.  Cantu-Ruiz was processed and released on an O.R. Bond.

April 4th, deputy served a Livingston County Arrest Warrant on Case # 23LV-CR00210-01 on Kristi Wells, 45, Cameron in Circuit Court.  Wells was unable to post $20,000 cash bond and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.

April 4th, deputy arrested Larry Fuller, 64, Chillicothe during Circuit Court as Fuller was sentenced to serve 48 hours in jail.  Fuller was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center to serve his sentence on a stealing charge.

April 4th, deputy arrested James Adams, 40, Hale as Adams was sentenced to serve four years in the Missouri Department of Corrections on a Felony DWI charge.  Adams was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.

April 4th, deputy arrested Chad Holmes, 28, Springfield, Missouri on a Livingston County Arrest Warrant on Case # 23LV-CR00012-01.  Holmes was unable to post $20,000 cash bond and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.

April 5th, deputy arrested Ashley Davis, 32, Chillicothe on a Livingston County Arrest Warrant for Case # 24LV-CR00148 in the 1200 block of Washington Street in Chillicothe.  Davis was unable to post $10,000 cash bond and was transported to Daviess-Dekalb Regional Jail.

April 5th, deputy arrested Ashton Aronson, 26, Chillicothe on a Linn County, Missouri traffic warrant.  Aronson posted required bond and was released with a new Linn County Court date.

April 6th, deputy observed a vehicle commit multiple lane violations resulting in a traffic stop on the off-ramp to Eastbound U.S. Highway 36 on U.S. Highway 65.  Subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Kayleb Berry, 30, Chillicothe for Driving While Intoxicated.  Berry was processed and released on summons for Livingston County Court.

April 8th, deputy arrested Willie Owens, 55, Chillicothe on a Livingston County Arrest Warrant on Case # 24LV-CR00086 as Owens turned himself in at the Law Enforcement Center.  Owens was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center on the no bond warrant.

April 8th, deputy arrested Zackery Jones, 32, Chillicothe to serve a 48-hour jail sentence on Livingston County Case # 23LV-CR00474.  Jones was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center to serve the time.

April 9th, as a result of the disturbance issue listed in the incident report section for the 100 block of South Grant Street in Wheeling, El-Shah Royster, 39, Wheeling was arrested for driving while revoked 2nd or 3rd offense.  Royster was processed at the Law Enforcement Center and released on a criminal summons for Livingston County Court.
