May 19 at 3:28 p.m. LCSO responded to a location in Chula on investigation of reported person allegedly allowing child(ren) in the home to smoke marijuana.  Investigation resulted in the person of interest being very cooperative and providing the deputy with drug paraphernalia for both marijuana and methamphetamine.  Various people were interviewed and it was learned this may have been called in by a person with a grudge against the parent.  LCSO deputy issued a summons to a 37 year old female for the drug paraphernalia possession.  Evidence being submitted to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Crime Lab for analysis and report to prosecuting attorney for consideration.
