August 29 about 8:13 p.m. LCSO responded to a report of domestic violence and property damage on old highway 190.  Victim was visiting a friend when an ex-boyfriend reportedly showed up and requested she leave with him.  Suspect reportedly physically assaulted the victim then left the home and allegedly sliced tires on the victim's vehicle before fleeing.  Daviess County authorities located the suspect for us and arrested a 38-year-old Hamilton man.  Suspect was incarcerated at DDRJ and has been charged in Livingston County Associate Court for alleged Property Damage and was released on bond August 31, 2021.  Investigation continues.
