March 09 LCSO deputy checked a vehicle on U.S. 36 at Highway D traveling 105 in a 65.  Vehicle was stopped and driver identified as Chen Jianhong, 20, Lawrence, Kansas.  Mr. Jianhong was taken to the LCSO where he was processed and released after posting bond.  Mr. Jianhong is scheduled to appear in Court April 29, 2020.
