Judge Chapman also accepted a Guilty Plea from Scott Matthew Jennerich, 34, Shawnee Kansas to the crime of Statutory Sodomy in 2nd Degree.  Mr. Jennerich was accused of bringing a juvenile male to Chillicothe from another city and engaging in sodomy act(s) with the victim.  The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office, Carroll County Sheriff’s Office, Saline County Sheriff’s Office, and State Technical Assistance Team jointly investigated the crime.  Livingston County Prosecuting Attorney Adam Warren actively prosecuted this case.  Sentencing has been delayed pending a Sentencing Assessment Report being completed for the Court to review.
