April 13 a deputy investigated a report of domestic assault in Ludlow. Investigation shows both subjects said they only had a verbal argument. Potential witnesses would not indicate any physical altercation took place. Investigation continues.
April 11 a deputy investigated a report of a domestic assault in Ludlow. The female victim reported a male had lunged at her, struck her with a fist and threw a cup at her. Photos were taken and minor injury reported. The suspect was gone prior to the deputy arriving on scene. Attempts to contact that person are being made and the case file is being submitted to the prosecuting attorney for consideration.
April 5 property damage to a parked pickup was reported in the 1500 block of Litton Road. Victim reported the vehicle had been parked since February 2015 and discovered damage on April 5th. Unknown person attempted to force entry into the parked vehicle and damaged the door locks and door/window area. Investigation continues.
April 04 a property damage was reported in Bedford. A local resident accidently backed into a utility box owned by Green Hills Communications.
April 03 Deputy/ School Resource Officer Mike Lewis filed a report with our office on a parent allegedly failing to have their child attend school on a regular basis. Report sent to prosecuting attorney for consideration.
April 02 a disturbance in Utica was investigated. Determined there was no crime and information shared with those involved.
April 02 a report of a pet having been shot and injured was received from a Chula resident. The pet owner reported finding their pet cat injured and took the animal to a vet for treatment. The animal owner learned the injury to the foot/leg was due to a gun shot. Investigation continues.
April 01 a report Disturbance was investigated in Utica. Two men at the home had been arguing and one may have used mace on the other. Neither of the adults wanted prosecution and both men were requested to cease and separate.
March 31 a Chula resident reported several items missing from her home including an antique half buffet table, Victorian lamps, night stand and table. Investigation is continuing.
LCSO staff are continuing with these and other criminal investigations.
April 14 a deputy served a Livingston County arrest warrant on Trey Adante Hudson, 23, St. Louis for alleged failing to appear in Court on 2 cases. Bond was set at $900.
The LCSO currently has 30 detainees at the Daviess Dekalb County Regional Jail.
