Wanted

Alleged Failure to Appear in Court on original class E felony DWI-Persistent Offender.  Bond denied on case #22LV-CR00096.  A second warrant for alleged crime of Failure to Appear in Court-Felony, class E violation, bond denied on case #22LV-CR00190.

LCSO Jail Management records show Mr. Todd was initially arrested/incarcerated on case #22LV-CR00096 on February 17-March 08, 2022 when he was released on bond.  We then had to extradite Mr. Todd from out of state after allegedly failing to appear back on November 17-20, 2022 when he was then released on ROR bond.  Mr. Todd is once again a fugitive.
