Civil Service Fee Increase

As of July 14th, 2025, the Livingston County Sheriff's Office Eviction Notice Fee will be increased to $50 from $30.  This increase is occurring in order for our office to keep in compliance with Missouri law, specifically RSMo. 57.280.  The fees collected in accordance with this statute assist with the rising costs of operating our Sheriff's Office.  Mileage rates are remaining at the standard IRS rate of 70 cents per mile.

All other civil process fees remain at $30 plus mileage.
