Recently the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office received court orders to cause the following detainees to be transferred to the Missouri Department of Corrections to serve a sentence or attend a treatment program:

Malachi K. Stacy, 20, Hamilton          Delivery of a Controlled Substance - 2 years

Barry Cooper, 41, Chillicothe             Delivery of a Controlled Substance - 4 years

Heidi DeVore, 21, Chillicothe              Probation Violation - Conspiracy/Possession of a Controlled Substance - 5 years

Christa Phelps, 28, Carrollton             Probation Violation - Distribution of Controlled Substance - 10 years

Barbara Tipton, 31, Chillicothe           Probation Violation - Possession Controlled Substance – CODS
