School officials are aware of the situation and are addressing the administrative issues.

March 05 the LCSO conducted an investigation at a residence in Utica. There a search of the home took place and alleged methamphetamine smoking pipe was recovered and will be sent to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Crime Lab for identification of the contents. Information was alleged the adult male and his mother had been consuming controlled substance(s). Once the lab report has been returned one or more suspects face potential charges.

March 05 the LCSO responded to a location in Utica as a caller reported an unknown male wondering through the back yards of several homes. A search of the area revealed an adult male and two females outside a residence that at least one of them were residing. One female had an injury and was bleeding around an eye socket. That female claimed she fell onto an air compressor and injured her head. The females reported the adult male had been walking around and searching for their dog which had recently ran off. The adult male was uncooperative and would basically only respond with the word “Dog” when asked a variety of questions. None of the people had warrants but 2 were on probation/parole and their supervising officer was notified of the potential issues although no drugs were found.

Reminder that all persons are innocent unless and until proven guilty in a Court of law. A mere arrest or arrest warrant is only an allegation and nothing more.
