Recently the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) received orders to cause the following people be transferred to the Missouri Department of Corrections to serve a sentence or attend a treatment program:

Jackson S. Anderson, 24, Kansas City, KS     Probation Violation - Stealing - 2 years DOC.

Gregory Johnson, 41, Bethany, MO               Driving While Intoxicated - 4 years DOC ITP Program.

Gilbert Garcia, 59, Chillicothe, MO                Receiving Stolen Property - 5 years DOC.

Ryann N. Gatson, 36, Chillicothe, MO            Probation Violation - Possession Controlled Substance - 4 years DOC.
