In May 2018 Deputy Dustin Woelfle of the Livingston County Sheriffs’ Office was honored with a “Honor in Blue watch” presented by Stacey and Kory Bunten.

The Bunten’s host a softball tournament which raises awareness for Autism and was recently held at Danner Park in Chillicothe. Stacey and Kory have a son with Autism and hold this tournament showing respect for their child and raise funds for charities for Autistic children with this year’s funds going to the Ronald McDonald House.

Deputy Woelfle was humbled by the honor and recognition given by the Bunten family. The Bunten's selected Deputy Woelfle to receive the honor due to a variety of reasons including community feedback they have received.

The LCSO is also now with the Bunten family in attempt to secure and provide free training on Autism for all area law enforcement/first responders in our area.

We are proud of the work and commitment to our community and helping others by the Bunten family and Deputy Dustin Woelfle. Great work by all.
