Incidents:

June 13 the LCSO began an investigation of theft from a UTV parked in Ludlow. Someone stole a radio from the parked Ranger. Investigation continues.

June 20 the LCSO towed a red van parked along U.S. 65 near Liv 330 due to a potential traffic problem.

June 20 the LCSO began a theft of firearm investigation at a residence on Liv 244. Victim reported the theft of an AK-47 rifle with wooden stock. Investigation continues.

June 21 the LCSO began an investigation of an adult that may be a danger to themselves or others. A court order was issued and this office transported the individual to a facility in another county for assistance.

June 20 the LCSO arrested Donald Lee Graybeal, 54, Laredo, on a Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged felony DWI-Habitual Offender.

June 20 the LCSO arrested Michelle Marie Flemings, 31, Independence on a Clay County arrest warrant for alleged Assault 4th degree. Ms. Flemings was transferred to DDCRJ in lieu of $5,000 bond.

June 22 James T. Moss, 35, Chillicothe was arrested upon surrendering to the LCSO on a Livingston County felony arrest warrant for alleged 3 counts child molestation. Mr. Moss was transferred to the Daviess Dekalb County Regional Jail in lieu of bond.

June 23 Jeffrey Gordon Davenport, 35, Chillicothe was arrested on a Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Violation of Bond Conditions on original charge of felony Possession of Controlled Substance. Mr. Davenport remains in the DDCRJ in lieu of bond.

June 25 added Nathaniel B. Novotny, 31, Chillicothe, on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged class D felony Stealing more than $750.00.

June 25 added Michael L. King, 38, Cameron, wanted on a Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Probation Violation on original conviction of class D felony No Valid Operator’s License-3rd-Subsequent Offense.

June 25 added James Byran Harris, 64, Utica, wanted on a Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Probation Violation on original class C felony Possession of Controlled Substance.

June 25 added Marlon Brandon Gilbert, 26, St. Joseph on a Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Violation of Bond Conditions on original charges of class A felony Distribution of Controlled Substance in Protected Location and class E felony of Delivery of 35 grams or less of Marijuana.

June 25 added Billy R. Williams Jr., 36, Chillicothe, wanted on a Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged 2 counts class A misdemeanor of Non-Support.

 

Citations:

June 21 a Carrollton driver was issued a citation for no auto insurance.

June 25 a Chillicothe driver was cited for excessive speeding 23 over the speed limit.

June 26 a Kansas driver was cited for 13 over the speed limit.

 

Additional Information:

Currently the LCSO has 36 people in custody, 5 of which are female detainees at the Daviess Dekalb County Regional Jail.

The LCSO is still seeking and recruiting people for the position of deputy sheriff.
