On or about May 28, 2018 the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) and Chillicothe Police Department (CPD) teamed up on a drug investigation in Chillicothe. During the investigation a search resulted in the seizure of suspected drugs which was sent to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Crime Lab.
On July 12, 2018 the Livingston County Associate Court issued an arrest warrants based on that investigation for:
Rebecca Alvina Kirkpatrick, 57, Chillicothe for alleged 2 counts of felony possession of controlled substance being Methamphetamine and THC. The LCSO arrested Ms. Kirkpatrick in the 200 block of Walnut.
Joshua Ray Alexander, 37, Chillicothe, was arrested by officers from the LCSO and CPD for 1 count alleged felony possession of controlled substance being Methamphetamine.
Both Alexander and Kirkpatrick were transferred to the custody of the Daviess Dekalb County Regional Jail Transport Officer in lieu of bond.
Good job by all.
