In 2017 Martin graduated from the Missouri Sheriffs' Training Academy and received his P.O.S.T license to be a peace officer in Missouri.  Deputy Minnis has attended specialized training in Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement and is very passionate on keeping the public safe from drunk and/or drugged drivers.  Deputy Minnis is also a member of the Missouri Army National Guard as a Combat Engineer and is excited to continue and grow his career in Livingston County.

Deputy Minnis may be reached at mminnis@livcoso.org.

August 6, 2018 Jordan Williams began working for the LCSO. Jordan grew up in Billings Missouri where he graduated high school in 2014. Deputy Williams graduated the Missouri Sheriffs’ Association Training Academy and received his Missouri P.O.S.T. license to become a peace officer in 2017. Deputy Williams began working as a police officer for the City of Billings until accepting employment with the LCSO.

Both deputies will be in our internal training program for a minimum of 2 to 3 months. This is where each deputy is either with or being supervised by their field training officer. Set standards are immediately applied during the training process on various aspects of the job and responsibilities of the deputy position.

We are very proud to have these two men join our team and they are excited to be here and also to meet and help our community and citizens.
