August 10th members of the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office, Chillicothe R-II, Juvenile Office, School Resource Officers and various supervisors of the Missouri Children’s Division met at Chillicothe High School. The meeting was to discuss concerns with the mandated reporting system and other information to better work together in finding ways to improve the overall system to help the children.

The meeting was nearly 2 hours and extremely productive. A lot of input was given from every group involved and several areas of improvement were discussed, many ending with ideas of resolution.
