Sheriff and staff arrested Jarrett Crosbie Keanan, 22, Independence for alleged DWI under Drugs and felony Possession of Controlled Substance. The LCSO also arrested John M.A. Cullen, 21, Kirksville for alleged felony Possession of Controlled Substance. Both men were released pending results from the Missouri State Highway Patrol Crime Lab.
