     Deputy Minnis       Deputy Williams

The last week of September Deputy Martin Minnis and Deputy Jordan Williams were at the Missouri State Highway Patrol Academy for a 5 day in-depth course on Emergency Vehicle Operations.

The course provides a great deal of information on the operations and safety of a motor vehicle and patrol vehicle under all types of conditions and circumstances. Officers are trained how to identity problems and handle changes on the roadways at all speeds including during vehicle pursuits. The class has day and night driving and is a very difficult course for many however both out deputies passed and learned many patrol vehicle driving skills which cross-over to lifetime driving skills.

We are proud of both Deputy Minnis and Deputy Williams.
