A local resident has reported having their debit card fraudulently used during October at multiple locations in Illinois for a combined amount of $1,057.41.  Victim is concerned their debit card information was stolen from when the card was used at a local gas station in September.

Citizens should keep an eye on their debit and credit card statements in event there are other victims. If there had been a card skimmer placed at a local gas station there most likely will be many more area residents seeing fraudulent use of their credit/debit cards.  Investigation continues.
