The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office recently received Court orders to cause the following people be transferred to the Missouri Department of Corrections to either serve a sentence or attend a treatment program. The men were transferred March 26, 2019:

Jerald Barrer, 53, Trenton      Possession Controlled Substance      3 years DOC

Michael Stoddard, 38, Ludlow Possession Controlled Substance      2 years DOC

Mathew Pike, 36, Chillicothe   Probation Violation - DWI                CODS - 120 program

Cody Minard, 31, Gallatin       Probation Violation - Endangering Welfare of a Child                      CODS - 120 program

Shelbi Shira, 27, Chillicothe    Probation Violation - Distribution Controlled Substance                   CODS - 120 program

We hope this is the last time any of these people have are involved with substance abuse or other issues with violating the law.
