Court Ordered Transports to DOC

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) has been busy  transferring several people to the Missouri Department of Corrections to serve a sentence or attend a treatment program:

May 10 the following were transported to DOC in St. Joseph:

RJ Cox, 30, Chillicothe,                Stealing                     2 years DOC.

Lloyd Swift, 49, Chillicothe           Assault-3rd degree       4 years DOC-ITP program.

Joel Kellison, 42, Chillicothe         Probation Violation-Domestic Assault-3rd      4 year- 120 day program.

Marshall Cordray, 47, Brookfield   Possession Controlled Substance        2 years DOC.

Eric Hollon, 44, Chillicothe           Probation Violation-Stealing               7 years-Long Term Substance Abuse Program.

 

May 13 the following were transported to DOC in Vandalia:

Nora Evans, 49, Wheeling,           Probation Violation-Possession Controlled Substance       CODS program.

Victoria M. Knight, 37, Lawson      Possession Controlled Substance        2 years DOC.

Kelsey Reeter, 26, Chillicothe        Possession Controlled Substance        2 years DOC.

 

May 14 the following were transported to DOC in Vandalia:

Michelle Lindsey, 36, Lathrop         Assault-3rd degree       2 years DOC.

Sylvia Nichelson, 27, Carrollton      Possession Controlled Substance        ITP program.

 

Sentenced and already in DOC:

Audra Newcomer, 35, Iowa             2 counts Stealing         5 years each count to run consecutive.

Corey Barron, 44, St. Joseph              Possession Controlled Substance        2 years DOC

Aidai Djekshembaeva, 24, Chillicothe  Assault-3rd Degree      3 years DOC.

 

We are hopeful these people turn this experience into something positive in their life not only for themselves but also for their families.
