5-31-2019 at 07:31 a.m. U.S. 36 east from Chillicothe is opening.  It will be 2 lane traffic initially.

Highway 190 at Thompson River Bridge has opened this morning. 

Be cautious in these areas as at least on 190 the shoulder has eroded in places and could cause vehicle damage if you drive off the paved portion of the road.

We have no time estimate to re-open U.S. 36 west from Chillicothe to Utica or for U.S. 65 south of Chillicothe as the water remains over the roadway.

Be safe and plan ahead.
