Recently the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office received Court orders to cause the following people to be transferred to the Missouri Department of Corrections to either serve a sentence or attend a treatment program:

Joshua Caudill, 31, Wheeling          Resisting Arrest     3 years DOC

Christopher Brannam, 37, Mooresville, Harassment 1st    4 years DOC

Jacob Dudley, 20, Waverly              Property Damage   CODS

Shawn Heaton, 42, Chillicothe         Possession Controlled Substance        2 years DOC

Kerrie Misenko, 41, Chillicothe         Possession Controlled Substance        2 years DOC

Amanda Ridens, 27, Chillicothe        Distribution Controlled Substance      10 years DOC

Madison Lowrey, 25, Chillicothe       Endangering Welfare Child                3 years DOC

These men and women were all transferred by the LCSO this week. We are hopeful this is the last time any of them are involved in the legal system.
