July 12 about 4:15 p.m. a deputy stopped a vehicle for traffic offense and ultimately arrested Charles Joshua Maupin, 39, Chillicothe for alleged Driving While Revoked. Mr. Maupin was processed at the LCSO and released on summons to appear.

July 14 the LCSO was summoned to a domestic assault incident with investigation resulting in the arrest of Charles Joshua Maupin, 39, Chillicothe for alleged Domestic Assault-4th degree. Mr. Maupin was transferred to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail and was released on bond July 15.
