Kelli Lynn Summers, 39, Utica wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged class D felony Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine. Bond initially placed at $10,000 on case #19LV-CR00435 with warrant dated July 30, 2019.

Hector Manuel Sanchez, 48, Iowa wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Violation of Bond Conditions on original class D felony Stealing. Bond was set at $50,000 cash on case #19LV-CR00301-01 with warrant dated July 22, 2019.

Jesse Alan McCoy, 22, Chillicothe is wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Failure to Obey a Judge’s Order on original class E felony Property Damage-1st degree. Bond was set at $10,000 cash on case #19LV-CR00291 with warrant dated July 17, 2019.

Buddy Alan Harris, 35, Lakeview Ohio is wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Probation Violation on Delivery of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana or Synthetic Cannabinoid. Bond set at $50,000 cash on case #17LV-CR00264-01 with warrant dated July 24, 2019.

Cheryl Lynn Overstreet, 55, Chillicothe is wanted on a Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged class D felony of Forgery, 579.090 RSMO. Bond set at $10,000 on case #19LV-CR00434 with warrant dated July 23, 2019.

An additional warrant was added for Jon Alfred Ralston, 48, for alleged class E felony Failure to Appear in Court-Felony. Bond set at $5,000 cash on case #19LV-CR00425 with warrant dated July 23, 2019. Mr. Ralston was already wanted on warrant for Alleged Failure to Appear in Court on original class D felony Possession of Controlled Substance.  Bond denied by the Court on case #19LV-CR00105-01 with warrant dated July 09, 2019.

A second warrant issued for James Paul Eugene Haight, 19, Chillicothe with this warrant being alleged class E felony Failure to Appear in Court on Felony Charge. Bond set at $5,000 on case 19LV-Cr00424 with warrant dated July 23, 2019. Mr. Haight is already wanted on warrant for Alleged Bond Violation on original class E felony Knowingly Burning or Exploding 569.055 and class E felony Property Damage 1st degree 569.100.  Bond set at $50,000 on case #18LV-CR00545-01 with warrant dated June 19, 2019.
