On Sunday, August 04, 2019 about 10:45 a.m. members of the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office responded to residence in the Chula area for an unattended death investigation.

Investigation shows an adult male was inside a locked and secured residence at the time of his death. Certain evidence collected includes written documentation from the deceased and preliminary investigation suggests cause of death was suicide.

The LCSO was assisted by the Livingston County Coroner’s Office. Family notification was made.
