Last week we added several people to our Most Wanted website and 3 have since been arrested. We received quite a few TIPS on those and/or other fugitives and that information was looked into.

October 29 added Jason Dean Hopkins, 44, address unknown, wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged class D felony of Stealing-$750 or more, 570.030 RSMO violation. Bond was initially placed at $15,000 on case #19LV-CR00621 with warrant dated October 29, 2019.  UPDATE:  Arrested 10-30-2019 by Johnson County Kansas authorities.

October 29 added Travis Dale Anderson, 37, Chillicothe wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Failure to Appear in Court on original class D felony Possession of Controlled Substance and class D felony Endangering the Welfare of a Child-1st degree-No Sexual Conduct, 568.045. Bond set at $25,000 on case #19LV-CR00387.

October 29 added Matthew J. Lohman, 33, Chillicothe wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Failure to Obey Judge's Order on original class E felony of Harassment-1st degree 565.090 RSMO. Bond initially placed at $15,000 cash on case #19LV-CR00476.

Arrested:

October 28 the LCSO and CPD arrested Charles Robert Smith, 34, Chillicothe on Livingston County warrant for alleged Failure to Obey a Judge's Order on original class D felony Possession of Controlled Substance. Mr. Smith had been a fugitive since October 01, 2019 and was transferred to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.

October 28 Emily Ann Prewitt, 35, Chillicothe surrendered to the Cameron Police on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Probation Violation on original class C felony Delivery of Controlled Substance. Ms. Prewitt was incarcerated in DDRJ in lieu of bond. Ms. Prewitt was just added to our website on October 25, 2019.

October 28 Jolene Kat Rounkles, 18, Trenton was arrested by Grundy County authorities on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Probation Violation on original class D felony Burglary-2nd degree. Ms. Rounkles was incarcerated in lieu of bond and had recently been added to our Most Wanted website on October 25, 2019.
