About 7:26 a.m. the morning of November 20 Deputy Nicholas Leadbetter and K-9 Zaki had been checking something in eastern Livingston County and when returning to Chillicothe. The deputy checked a Ford Mustang near Liv 255 on U.S. 36 at 107 miles per hour when limited to 65.

The vehicle was stopped and the Chillicothe driver was issued the speeding citation. The stop did not result in an arrest so name is not released and no arrest made as the driver is not a flight risk concern of not appearing in Court.

At 107 miles per hour the vehicle and occupants are moving at a velocity of 156.933 feet per second. Life is short, there is no need to make it shorter for yourself or anyone else. Drive safe and watch out for other drivers.
