November 21 added Dale Marvin Barker Jr, 43, Chillicothe wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Probation Violation on original class E felony Assault-3rd degree. Bond was placed at $50,000 cash on case #19LV-CR00126-01.

November 22 added Anthony David Munroe, 38, Independence wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for Alleged Failure to Obey a Judge's Order on original class D felony Abuse or Neglect of a Child-No Sexual Contact.  Bond set at $10,000 CASH on case #19LV-CR00495 with warrant dated November 14, 2019. Per LCSO records, Mr. Munroe was arrested on this same charge on 9-1-19 and released on bond 9-4-19 and arrested again on same charge for alleged Failure to Obey a Judge's Order on 10-16-19 and released again on bond 10-21-2019.

November 22 added Dawn K. Teel, 45, Wheeling wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Failure to Obey a Judge's Order on original class E felony DWI-Persistent Offender 577.010 RSMO.  Bond was set at $3,500 cash on case #19LV-CR00600 with warrant dated November 21, 2019. LCSO records show Ms. Teel was arrested on this charge October 31, 2019 and released on bond November 01, 2019.  She has allegedly since failed to obey the judge's order(s) on bond condition requirement(s).

November 22 added Brenda L. Burnett, 59, Chillicothe wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for Alleged Violation of Bond Condition on original class D felony Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.  Bond set at $50,000 CASH on case #19LV-CR00353-01 with warrant dated November 15, 2019. According to LCSO records, Ms. Burnett was originally arrested on this warrant July 05, 2019 and released on bond July 10, 2019.  She was again arrested on this warrant for alleged Failure to Obey a Judge's Order on September 4, 2019 and released on bond again September 11, 2019. We are again looking for Ms. Burnett and she is well aware of the warrant for her arrest.

November 22 added Carlisa Jaquelynn Vargas, 19, wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for Alleged Failure to Obey a Judge's Order on original class E felony Failure to Appear in Court on a Felony Violation, 544.665.  Bond set at $50,000 CASH on case #19LV-CR00616-01. Ms. Vargas is reportedly in the Kansas City area and is aware of her arrest warrant.

November 22 added Melissa L. Davis, 23, Chillicothe wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for Alleged Failure to Obey a Judge's Order on original 2 counts class D felony Forgery in violation of 570.090 RSMO.  Bond set at $50,000 CASH on case #19LV-CR00589-01 with warrant dated November 22, 2019. According to LCSO records, Ms. Davis was originally arrested on this charge on October 15, 2019 and released on bond October 21, 2019.  Now we have the new warrant for alleged FOJO.
