November 26 added Rebecca A. Kirkpatrick, 58, Chillicothe, wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Probation Violation on original 2 counts class D felony Possession of Controlled Substance. Bond set at $5,000 cash on case #18LV-CR00300-01 with warrant dated 11-26-2019.

November 27 added Brian N. Moore, 49, Hale, wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Violation of Bond Conditions on original class D felony Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.  Bond set at $50,000 cash on case #19LV-CR00134-01 with warrant dated November 26, 2019.

November 27 added Buddy Alan Harris, 36, Ohio, wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Probation Violation on original class C felony Delivery of Controlled Substance. Bond set at $50,000 cash on case #17LV-CR00264-01 with warrant dated November 26, 2019.

November 27 added Robert L. Winsor Jr., 54, Columbia, wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Failure to Obey a Judge's Order on original class A misdemeanor Non-Support violation of 568.040.  Mr. Winsor was most recently arrested on this same case number on or about November 04, 2019 and released on bond with certain conditions placed by the Court on November 06, 2019.  We now have this arrest warrant dated November 21, 2019.
