Recently the Livingston County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) received Court orders to cause the following detainees to be transferred to the Missouri Department of Corrections to either serve a sentence, attend treatment, or other obligation:

 

Bobby Oleson, 56, Max Creek, MO    Resisting Arrest - 4 years DOC

 

Linn Hoskins, 30, Hale                     Tampering with Motor Vehicle - 7 years DOC

 

Mathew Ritchie, 38, Chillicothe         Possession Controlled Substance - 2 years DOC

 

Nathan Osborne, 32, Chillicothe        Assault 1st - 30 years DOC

 

Joseph Anderson, 40, Richmond        Harassment 1st - 7 years DOC with ITP Program

 

Ronald Brockus, 68, St. Joseph          Statutory Sodomy - 7 years DOC

 

Dereck Cornish, 31, Independence     Assault 1st - 7 years; Trafficking Drugs or Attempt - 7 years; Unlawful Possession of Firearm - 6 years (Change of Venue from Caldwell County)

 

Justin June, 25, Independence          Stealing Motor Vehicle - 2 years DOC (Change of Venue from Caldwell County)

 

Miranda Adams, 39, Chillicothe         Possession Controlled Substance - 3 years DOC with ITP Program

A few of the above have committed very violent crime(s). Hopefully the others can make something positive happen in their life and not violate again.

All persons will always be transferred at first available opportunity.
