Recently the Livingston County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) received Court orders to cause the following people to be transferred from the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail to the Missouri Department of Corrections. The following will be transferred at earliest opportunity to attend treatment program or serve a sentence:

Carlisa Vargas, 19, Chillicothe          FTA-Methamphetemine Violation      2 years DOC consecutive

Miranda Adams, 39, Chillicothe        Possession Controlled Substance        3 years DOC with ITP Program

Charles Mullenix, 37, Virginia           Stealing                     5 years DOC consecutive

Buddy Harris, 36, Ohio                    Probation Violation - Delivery Controlled Substance 10 years DOC consecutive

We are hopeful these people can make something positive out of bad choice(s) in their life.
