December 16 the LCSO arrested Emily Ann Prewitt, 35, Chillicothe on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Violation of Bond Conditions on original class C felony Delivery of Controlled Substance. Bond set at $50,000 and Ms. Prewitt was transferred to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail in lieu of bond.

December 18 the LCSO arrested Devin D. Jones, 26, Kansas City on a Caldwell County arrest warrant for alleged class D misdemeanor of No Auto Insurance. Mr. Jones was taken to jail in lieu of $200 bond.

December 21 the LCSO stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation and subsequently arrested a passenger identified as Michael gene Short, 51, Chillicothe on City of Chillicothe Municipal warrant for alleged Driving While Suspended and No Insurance. Mr. Short was taken to Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail in lieu of bond.

December 28 authorities in Carroll County arrested Edward Everett Arnold, 36, Carrollton, on Livingston County warrant for alleged Failure to Obey a Judge's Order on original class D felony Tampering with Motor Vehicle-1st degree and class E felony Resisting Arrest/Detention/Stop. Mr. Arnold had been a fugitive since December 10, 2019 and will be extradited at first opportunity.

December 29 Johnson County, KS authorities arrested Jeneva C. Chenet, on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Probation Violation on original class D felony Possession of Controlled Substance. Ms. Chenet has been a fugitive since October 2019. The LCSO will extradite Ms. Chenet at first opportunity once her waiver of extradition has been filed.

The LCSO has received many fugitive TIPS and have checked those leads and/or shared the information with agencies with jurisdiction.
