LCSO adds to Public Information Policy for 2020

Andrew McCollum released from Missouri Department of Corrections

Effective January 01, 2020 the Livingston County Sheriff's Office has added to the public information shared from this office to include releases on parole from the Missouri Department of Corrections. By statute 217.695 RSMO felony registration must be sent to the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of the county by those reporting they will be residing in Livingston County.  We will make these types of notifications when opportunity exists once we have been notified.

Released from Missouri Department of Corrections on January 14, 2020:

Andrew McCollum, 20, sentenced in Livingston County to 5 years in DOC for felony Possession of Controlled Substance-Cocaine. Mr. McCollum was transferred to DOC on January 24, 2019. Mr. McCollum reports he will be living as "Homeless" in Chillicothe upon release.
