Court Ordered Transfers

Recently the Livingston County Sheriff's Office received Court orders to cause the following detainees be transferred to the Missouri Department of Corrections to serve a sentence or attend a treatment program

 

Brian Perry, 41, Chillicothe         Probation Violation - Possession Controlled Substance - 5 years DOC.

 

Mathew Pike, 37, Liberty            Probation Violation - DWI - 4 years DOC.

 

Kyle Case, 30, St. Joseph           Delivery Controlled Substance - 10 years Long Term Treatment.

 

Brandon Wood, 43, Chillicothe    Stealing - 5 years DOC.

 

Jake Ringer, 47, Lawson             Receiving Stolen Property - 4 years DOC.

 

Troy Murray, 38, Chillicothe        Property Damage - 3 years DOC.

 

Jeremy Danielson, 43, MN          Possession Controlled Substance - 7 years DOC.

 

Jason Stateler, 33, Independence   Burglary - 2 years DOC.

 

Jared Livengood, 32, Chillicothe      Burglary - 3 years DOC.

 

Ryan Vencill, 30, Trenton               Burglary - 7 years DOC.

 

Dallas Arnold, 20, Chillicothe          Probation Violation - Delivery Controlled Substance - CODS.

 

Brandon Simpson, 32, Mooresville   Possession Controlled Substance - 3 years DOC.

 

Hazel Miller, 23, Blue Summit MO,                Tampering/Resisting/Possession Controlled Substance - CODS.

 

Jill Brown, 49, St. Joseph                DWI - 3 years DOC.

 

Christy Russell, 43, Trenton            Probation Violation - Possession Controlled Substance - 5 years ITP.

 

Emily Prewitt, 35, Chillicothe           Probation Violation - Delivery Controlled Substance - 8 years DOC.

LCSO has already delivered some of these people to the Missouri Department of Corrections.  Several more are scheduled to go this week if they have not by the time of this press release. 

We wish the best for all of these people and remain hopeful they will make something positive happen in their life and stay away from the issues that got them into this situation.
