May 04, 2020 the Livingston County Sheriff's Office is mailing out 450 notices to prospective jurors for court June 08 through October 12, 2020.

Livingston County Circuit Clerk Jane Gann is responsible to come up with the listing of prospective jurors and the sheriff is mandated to send out the notices. 

We encourage you to mail these forms back into the Circuit Clerks office as this will eliminate you from being screened prior to entering the Courthouse once it is fully opened.  If you have questions please call the Circuit Clerk's Office 660-646-8000.
