The Livingston County Sheriff's Office recently received Court orders to cause the following people to be transferred to the Missouri Department of Corrections to either attend treatment or serve a sentence:

Devin Keithley, 19, Chillicothe            Probation Violation - Property Damage - 4 years ITP Program.  Probation Violation - Tampering - 5 years ITP Program consecutive.

William Veltum, 26, Chillicothe         Probation Violation - Endangering Welfare of Child - 10 years ITP Program.

Amy Nieman, 48, Mooresville            Possession Controlled Substance - 4 years DOC.

All detainees will be transferred at earliest opportunity.

Sheriff Steve Cox
