Recently the Livingston County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) received Court Orders to cause the following detainees be taken to the Missouri Department of Corrections to attend a program or serve a sentence:

Savannah Jimenez, 30, Chillicothe Possession Controlled Substance - CODS

Amanda Burns, 38, Bethany Probation Violation - Conspiracy to Commit Possession Controlled Substance - CODS

Shelbi Shira, 28, Chillicothe Probation Violation - Distribution Controlled Substance - 8 years DOC

Christopher Graves, 29, Kansas City, MO Delivery Controlled Substance - 8 years DOC

Paul Happy, 55, Excelsior Springs Possession Controlled Substance - 3 years DOC

Sease Beard, 24, Corder, MO Tampering 1st - 5 years DOC

We truly hope this is the last time any of these people are involved in the criminal justice system and can turn this into something positive in their lives.
