Recently the Livingston County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) received Court orders to cause the following detainees to be transported to the Missouri Department of Corrections to attend a treatment program or serve a sentence:

Spencer Pittman, 24, Chillicothe                     Possession Controlled Substance - 3 years.

Adam Caudill, 33, Wheeling                            Probation Violation - Stealing - 3 years.

Josh Davis, 19, Chillicothe                              2 cts Forgery - 7 years ITP Program.

Christy Russell, 44, Coffey                             Probation Violation - Poss Controlled Substance - 5 years.

Raven Pittman, 26, Chillicothe                        Possession Controlled Substance - 3 years.

Cynthia Periman, 32, Chillicothe                     Probation Violation - DWI - 3 years.

Kennadie Stottlemyre, 22, Chillicothe              Possession Controlled Substance - CODS.

We hope this is the last time these people are involved in the criminal justice system.
