Recently the Livingston County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) received Court orders to cause the following detainees be taken to the Missouri Department of Corrections to serve a sentence or attend a treatment program:

Jon Ralston, 49, Independence         Possession of Controlled Substance    5 years.

Shawn Weers. 43, Paloa KS              Driving While License Revoked        4 years.

Jesse Brock, 22, Rothville                 Stealing     5 years.

Patrick Cox, 34, McFall MO                Violation of protection order     CODS Program.

Terry Henry, 56, Cowgill MO              DWI        7 Years.

Truitt Caudill, 35, Wheeling               Receiving Stolen Property     3 years.

Charles Barber, 61, Polo MO              Sex offender physically present/loiter within 500 feet of a park w/playground     4 years.

We are hopeful this is the last time any of these people are in legal trouble.
