November 21 about 3:14 p.m. Deputy Woelfle was on duty and checked a westbound vehicle on U.S. 36 near Utica at 102 in a 65 and stopped the car.  Subsequent investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver, Domonic Lamar Foreman, 30, Kansas City for the alleged Excessive Speed and Driving While Suspended/Revoked-2nd offense and the arrest of Lashae Walker Taylor, 24, Independence for alleged Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Both were processed and released on summons.

We appreciate all the good drivers and want everyone to get home safely.  There is no sense in these types of violations as it only puts everyone on and along the roadways at risk of serious injury or death.

LCSO will be out in force this holiday week and weekend.
