Arrested by Chillicothe PD on November 23 Dawn Alvine Cornell, 41, wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Violation of Bond Conditions on original class D felony Possession of Controlled Substance. 

Arrested November 24 Jeremiah Calen Dewayne Brittain, 22, Gallatin wanted for alleged Violation of Bond Conditions on original class E felony Domestic Assault-3rd degree on Daviess County arrest warrant.  This is a change of venue to Livingston County.

Arrested November 29 by Clinton County authorities, Traci Noelle Yates, 46, Lathrop wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged PROBATION VIOLATION on original class D felony Terrorist Threat-1st degree.  Ms. Yates has been a fugitive since July 2020.

Arrested November 30 by authorities in Polk County, Iowa, Harold Wayne Gregson, 58, Des Moines, Iowa on Livingston County arrest warrants for alleged Failure to Obey Judge's Order on Bond Condition on original class D felony Nonsupport in each of 6 individual months within any 12 month period, amount owed is in excess of $5,000.  Violation of 568.040 RSMO with bond set at $3,000 cash only on case #09LV-CR00457 with warrant dated March 29, 2016.  Second warrant added June 20, 2016 for alleged class D felony Criminal Non-Support, amount owed in excess of $5,000.  Bond set at $20,000 CASH on case #09LV-CR00457.  Extradition will take place at earliest opportunity.
