December 03, Kevin, R. Head, 39, Chillicothe wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Failure to Obey a Judge's Order on original class D felony Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine, class D felony Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and class D felony Receiving Stolen Property on case #20LV-CR00005 with warrant dated November 30, 2020.  LCSO Jail records show Mr. Head was originally arrested January 01, 2020 and charged on this warrant then released on bond January 02, 2020.  A warrant was issued for alleged violation of Judge's Order/Bond Conditions and Mr. Head remained a fugitive for a lengthy amount of time until arrested on September 30, 2020.  Mr. Head remained incarcerated on this warrant until October 30, 2020 and was released on furlough to attend a program which he later allegedly absconded from.  This warrant was again issued on November 30, 2020 and has no bond allowed by the Court.

December 02, James E. Laughlin, 31, Chillicothe on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Violation of Bond Conditions on original class C felony Delivery of Controlled Substance.  Bond set at $10,000 cash on case #20LV-CR00308-01.  Mr. Laughlin was released on bond this date.

December 03 by MSHP, Jeffery Dwaine Morris, 48, Cameron wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Failure to Obey a Judge's Order on original class D felony Possession of Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine).  Bond set at $15,000 cash on case #20LV-CR00298 with warrant dated July 16, 2020.
